DIET

For the past few months, the entertainment correspondent has been seeing green. “I’m really passionate about getting my green juices on,” Maria tells

Life & Style. “I’ve been anemic and it really helps me with my energy.” Her usual mix includes kale, celery, spinach, parsley and paprika — but a girl can’t survive on juice alone. “I’m just trying to eat as clean as I can,” notes the 40-year-old, who admits Jetblue’s inflight cookies are a weakness, “and trying to eliminate sugar as much as possible!”

Maria Menounos host has tried everything from Pure Barre to Soulcycle, but she now enjoys regular Pilates sessions. “I like that there’s less impact on my body but with good toning results,” says the reformer-loving star, who’s been known to work with a private instructor. “Pilates is my go-to now.”

SIMPLE SECRET

Maria’s advice? Get fit from head to toe — literally. I love hiking, playing pickleball outside and doing activities that are fun. So I get fitness in that way.”
