The Revenge Body host, 34, appears to have gone overboard with the injectables in the wake of her split from philandering Tristan Thompson, 28. “The fact that the outer part of her upper lip curls down — that’s a sign of too much filler,” surmises Dr. Manish Shah, a Colorado-based board certified plastic surgeon who does not treat the star. “She’s done way too much.” Even Khloé’s friends agree! “Everyone keeps telling Khloé to lay off the lips, but she won’t listen,” sighs a source. “She gave Kylie such a hard time, and now she’s the one taking it to a whole new level.”
