After leaving America’s Got Talent, Julianne Hough puts her all into fixing her marriage.

While it ’s been reported that Julianne Hough was fired from America’s Got Talent, an insider tells Life & Style that the blond beauty actually exited her job as a judge in order to salvage what’s left of her marriage to Brooks Laich. “They’ve had their fair share of ups and downs, and the long hours that came with being on the show didn’t help matters,” dishes the insider.
“There were times when they wondered whether they’d make it.” Due to their demanding careers, the Dancing With the Stars alum, 31, and the professional hockey player, 36, dated long-distance for three-anda-half years before tying the knot in 2017. But the wedded bliss that came with waking up in the same place was cut short when she signed up to judge the talent show competition this past February. Open call auditions took the star from NYC and Detroit to San Antonio and Tampa, Fla. “They were spending so much time apart,” says the insider, “and when they were together, they argued like crazy.” Now that she’s left the series, “Julianne’s sole focus is her marriage,” the insider insists. “She surprises Brooks with sentimental gestures and they’re planning a romantic vacation, just the two of them.”
