Naomi Nelson, are going their separate ways. While it’s unclear if the couple signed a prenup before they wed in

2010, the Jackass co-creator, 51, stated in his divorce filing that he believes he has separate property from the writer-director, 41.

“He’s worried that she might go after his money,” reveals a source. Over the course of his career, the daredevil has amassed a $50 million fortune putting his body in harm’s way. “Johnny and Naomi are being super amicable for the sake of the kids [son Rocko, 12, and daughter Arlo, 10], but in Hollywood, that never seems to last,” the source says. “She could take him to the cleaners.”
