Ellen Pompeo’s 15-year marriage to Chris Ivery may need resuscitating after the music producer, 55, was seen grabbing dinner at Nobu in Malibu with a mystery woman on Nov. 15. “Because Ellen has always worked long hours, they spend a lot of time apart,” a source says of the Grey’s Anatomy star, 53. “Chris works in the music industry and will often go to events, parties, late-night dinners that just don’t work for her schedule. Now that Ellen is stepping back from the show, it will be interesting to see what happens in their relationship.”
