times finds herself looking back on what she’s learned from exes like John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles. “She remembers a few good things and a lot of bad, but she feels they’ve all made her a stronger person,” says the source. “Taylor has let go of her resentments. Her big aha moment came when she realized she didn’t need to please everyone or care what they think of her.”

Taylor’s realization hasn’t stopped her, however, from plotting fresh ways to delight fans. Her latest tour is said to be littered with Easter eggs — including hints that her next rerecorded album release will be Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). “I love to communicate through Easter eggs,” she’s said. “I think the best messages are cryptic ones.”

She’s in a great place. “Her career is thriving, she’s doing it her way, she’s in love with a good man — all that’s left is marriage and babies,” says the source, noting that there have been whispers — including from Instagram gossip account Deux Moi on March 22 — claiming that notoriously private Taylor and Joe have already quietly tied the knot. More than a decade ago, Taylor confessed that she wanted to someday have “a bunch of [kids] running around, minimum four.”

Don’t be surprised, says the source, if Joe makes that dream come true after Taylor’s sold-out tour ends and she directs her first feature-length film — which she also wrote — in a new career milestone that was announced last December. “It’s been a long road to happiness,” says the source, “but Taylor’s finally found it.”
