So long 2020, hello new year

-

The new year is just around the corner and with 2021 being ushered in, so, too, is hope for a better year than we just experienced.

The new year is full of promise for many who want to make changes in their lives. They see Jan. 1 as a new chapter and the perfect opportunity to begin a workout routine or change their diet. They are not alone.

The beginning of a new year is the perfect opportunity to start something new. The key, though, is to stick with it throughout the year.

This month, is all about the new year. Whether it’s trying a new dish or starting a new chapter in your life, we have you covered.

This month, Wheeler Cowperthwaite introduces a low-sodium recipe for you to try. There’s no time like the present to try and reduce sodium in everyday cooking.

In sticking with the healthy theme, Scott Lee tells us about different tea types of how

they can benefit our health.

Vern Lawson shares a bit of history on how the tradition of new year’s resolutions came to be in his Hometown History column, while Norma Gurba revisits the tale of David D’Ancona and the last stagecoach from Mojave to Los Angeles.

We hope 2021 is a good year for everyone. Cheers!
