FOUNDER’S LETTER

-

This past year has certainly been a big test for each of us. Not long ago I asked my followers on Instagram what has changed in the way they see and live life.

I received several answers: “I became less consumerist”, “I learned to create more time to enjoy my children”, “I understood that being in different places is not always synonymous with happiness”, “I discovered that I like to receive people at home”, and so many other lessons that make it clear that we must first find the joy within ourselves.

If we can’t contemplate the beauty of a flower, or the taste of a sip of wine, then nothing, absolutely nothing, will make us truly complete and happy. My husband laughs at me, because sometimes I pick up a glass of water and say “wow, what a delicious, refreshing cold water, wow!” - it may sound silly but it’s those little moments that absolutely change everything around us. Do you know why? Because every gesture of gratitude, every moment that you smile at those around you, every gesture of love that you practice, literally, or rather physically, makes your magnetic field even more positive energetically.

Look, this is a part that few of you know about me. I talk a lot about travel, brands, people, but I have said very little so far here about energy and spirituality.

Since we are “out of one´s senses” and reinventing ourselves, I would like to leave here some tips for this return to the new normal to be of great positivity and good things in your life. That you can move around as before, but without old fears. So, think about this little list:

Stop comparing yourself to others. FOMO (the famous “fear of missing out”) is something we create in our heads. If you feel bad that you are “missing out” on some event, I suggest you put on some headphones, close your eyes, and turn on the playlist you love the most! Then call a cheerful cool aunt, or a friend, and, voila, no more sadness!

Don’t put yourself down. Don’t say or think bad things about yourself. Listen, there are plenty of people that point fingers at us. If you don’t appreciate yourself, who will? And I’m going to whisper something in your little ear: we work our flaws on our own. We strive to be better at each one of them, but we don’t have to point anything out to anyone. Deal? Accept compliments and things that are given to you as a gift. This is my Achilles’ heel. I am always embarrassed when I receive a gift and I want to return the compliment and the gesture of affection. Recently I was embarrassed to receive a great gift from a person I really like, but with whom I am not very close. I was embarrassed, called him back and told him I couldn’t accept. Do you know what he said? “Clau, accept from the heart what Heavenly Father is giving you. You have already done so much for me, always sending me ideas, and never charging me. Accept it, this is from the heart.” He said this in such a beautiful way that it made me soft. Then I stopped and thought: if you say no to what people give you, the Universe understands that you are not very keen on receiving things. Wow! That was a turning point in my life. Here’s a tip, okay? You can send me gifts from now on. These are just a few things, the list is huge. I promise to go into more detail on this subject in my Instagram - follow me there @clauribeiro so we can exchange ideas and talk about lifestyle, prosperity, and energy.

A big kiss, thank you for being here!
