The Family Fall Festival will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Faith Community Church in Acampo.

Free attractions include hay rides, “Trunk or Treat,” carnival games and a performance by Shane McDonald, while a $10 wristband allows entry into a zip line, rock wall, paintball and video game zone.

Food trucks and a food court will also be available.

Staff and families from the church’s three children’s programs will join the congregation for worship on Sunday, with a baked potato luncheon following the 10:30 a.m. service.

Along with the Salvation Army, United Congregational Christian Church will host a Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the corner of West Lockeford Street and South Hutchins Street. Those wishing to donate wrapped candy must bring it to the church by Sunday.

Life Line Screening will use the church’s sanctuary all day on Wednesday for five non-invasive health screenings.

The Valley Community Orchestra will hold a free concert in the church’s sanctuary at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5.

The church is also holding a coat drive through Monday, Nov. 6, and is requesting donations of clean coats to be delivered to the Salvation Army.
