• Pre­sented the Lodi Im­prove­ment Com­mit­tee’s Com­mu­nity Im­prove­ment Award to Nasir Ah­mad for ren­o­va­tion of 238 Rush St., Lodi. • Heard a pre­sen­ta­tion by the Lodi Po­lice De­part­ment ded­i­cat­ing the City of Lodi Com­mu­nity Room to Of­fi­cer Rick Cromwell, who died after a mo­tor­cy­cle col­li­sion while on duty on Dec. 9, 1998. A re­cep­tion to mark the new name will be held at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 10 in the com­mu­nity room at the Lodi Po­lice De­part­ment, 215 W. Elm St., and the com­mu­nity is in­vited.
