Valverde, a sophomore guard, had 10 points, six assists and five rebounds in a 70-65 win over West Valley, then had six points, three assists and three boards in a 112-55 loss to San Francisco, and had 12 points, seven assists and five rebounds in a 78-71 win over College of the Sequoias.

Jimmy Beltz High school: Elliot Sport: Basketball

College: Delta

Beltz, a freshman guard, had nine points and two rebounds against West Valley, five points against San Francisco, and 22 points, two assists and two boards against Sequoias.

Monteiro, a sophomore forward, had 23 points, eight rebounds and two assists against West Valley, six points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals against San Francisco, and 10 points and four rebounds against Sequoias.
