Martin Luther King Jr. event planned for Lodi

LODI— Breakthrough project will host its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Monday, Jan. 21 at First United Methodist Church of Lodi located at 200 W. Oak St. The program will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m.
