Low Vision Support Group to hold meeting

LODI — This month’s meeting will be held on at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the activity room at the Solstice Retirement Facility, 2145 W. Kettleman Lane in Lodi. Guest speaker Suzanne Schultz from the Stockton District Attorney’s Office will present informatio­n about protecting yourself from fraud and scams. The public is invited to attend. Area students make honor roll at Oregon State University

CORVALLIS, Ore. — Several area students earned placed on the scholastic honor roll at Oregon State University for the spring semester. All earned a 3.5 GPA or better. In order to be included on the honor roll, students must be enrolled in at least 12 graded hours of course work. They are:

• Megan E. Nickel of Lodi, a junior majoring in graphic design.

• Alexis A. Grenko of Woodbridge, a senior majoring in anthropolo­gy.

• Katharine E. Tudor of Woodbridge, a junior majoring in digital communicat­ion arts.

• Kaitlyn E. Urquhart, of Wilton, a junior majoring in kinesiolog­y.

• Anna M. Kubiak of Travis Air Force Base, a senior majoring in sociology. Kubiak maintained a 4.0 GPA.

• Julianna M. Galindo of Walnut Grove, a senior majoring in environmen­tal engineerin­g.
