Between the hours of 6:01 a.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Tuesday, the Lodi Police Department received 357 calls for service the following is a sampling of those calls.
Suspicious circumstance: 8:34 a.m. — A man said a group of 20 people were stripping his vehicle behind the Burger King at the corner of North Cherokee Lane and East Victor Road.
Petty theft: 10:29 a.m. — A man said he has video of people stealing city road barriers from the area of East Lockeford Street and North Cherokee Lane.
Vehicle theft: 11:26 a.m. — A 2014 gray fourdoor Nissan Altima was stolen in the 300 block of Lambert Court.
Assault: 4:55 p.m. — A male transient assaulted another man in an alley in the 0 block of North School Street, possibly with a stick.
Suspicious circumstance: 8:34 p.m. — A resident in the 500 block of Almond Drive heard 10 to 15 rapid gunshots in the area.
Suspicious circumstance: 2:10 a.m. — A resident in the 300 block of Pleasant Avenue said someone flew a drone onto her front porch just before midnight.
Arson: 7:31 a.m. — A pallet was set on fire behind a building in the 1300 block of South Lower Sacramento Road, causing $1,000 in damage. An employee was able to put the fire out.
Miscellaneous services: 11:32 a.m. — A city employee said an impromptu muscle car show with as many as 400 vehicles was being held in the 1100 block of West Turner Road, on a property that was leased out for the day, but not to a car show.
Animal: 4:38 p.m. — A resident in the 400 block of Yokuts Drive said a neighbor’s pit bull attacked his wife, daughter and dog on a walk.
Indecent exposure: 1:26 p.m. — A female transient was panhandling in the 2400 block of 2400 West Kettleman Lane and mooning people.
Petty theft: 2:59 p.m. — A transient stole a bicycle from the Costco and then began stripping the bike east of the Highway 99 overpass on Harney Lane.
Vehicle theft: 4:04 — A 1993 Gold Honda Accord was stolen in the 900 block of East Lodi Avenue.
