Galt Po­lice Depart­ment hosts Drug Take-Back

GALT — The Galt Po­lice Depart­ment and the Drug En­force­ment Ad­min­is­tra­tion will be host­ing a Drug Take-Back on Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Galt Po­lice Depart­ment, 455 In­dus­trial Drive.

The po­lice depart­ment will be col­lect­ing ex­pired and un­used pre­scrip­tion med­i­ca­tions, as well as over-the-counter med­i­ca­tions and dis­pose of them safely.

Of­fi­cers will be po­si­tioned in front of the depart­ment to make drop-offs con­ve­nient for res­i­dents.
