RONALD ISBILL
Ronald Thomas Isbill was born April 20, 1958 in Lodi, CA to William and LaVerne Isbill. He passed away peacefully on November 30, 2020.
Ron lived most of his life in Lodi, where he attended school. He graduated from Lodi High School where he was in the Honor Band and Pep Band. He was born into a musical family and could play many instruments. His favorite instrument was playing the saxophone and was known to many musicians as the “Sax Man.” He had a playful spirit and loved being the “Center of Attention.” He loved people and was a stranger to no one. Besides music, he also enjoyed many hobbies including R/C Cars, Astronomy, Rockets, Fishing and Gardening. He also lived in Stockton for several years before his passing.
Ron never had children of his own but proudly loved his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, William Isbill. He is survived by his long-time love, Terrie Pollack; his mother, LaVerne Isbill; brother, Robert Isbill (Tricia); sister, Bonnie Dodson (Stacey); his nieces and nephews, Shain Isbill, Sarah Munoz, Tara Dodson and Ryan Dodson; his greatnieces and greatnephews, and Terrie’s daughter, Dione Pollack. Ron was loved by many and loved his family very much. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life will be at Legion Park in Lodi, Saturday, May 15th, 11am. Please come and enjoy as we honor Ron and reminisce stories shared by friends and family.
