San Joaquin Sheriff’s Office seeks to identify items found in well

STOCKTON — The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office is again asking the public for help in identifying another group of items found in a well in 2012. The items are believed to be related to homicides committed by Loren Herzog and Wesley Shermantine in the 1980s and ’90s.

However, like the last group of items, these have not yet been linked to any particular victim.
