Tokay Stitch ‘N’ Quilt Guild — 40th Anniversary
The Tokay Stitch ‘n’ Quilt Guild will be celebrating their 40th anniversary on May 18. The guild is a nonprofit organization, with the mission to promote quilting through education and fellowship. Our guild is for everyone with an interest in stitching and quilting, encouraging all ages and levels of ability to join. We contribute quilts to several local community groups. We also provide scholarships to students interested in the needle arts.
We are inviting any past members in the area to join us in our celebration.
We will meet on Thursday, May 18 at the First United Methodist Church, 200 W. Oak St., Lodi. Our celebration will begin at 6:30 p.m.
We look forward to seeing old friends, some of whom started our wonderful guild.

Animal Friends Connection — Vineyard River Run and Jog a Dog
Times are rough and this event comes at a time when we need the community’s support, as supplies and veterinary bills continue to rise. Please come out and participate this year.
You are invited to our Annual Jog a Dog.
Location: Heritage Oaks Winery, 10112 E. Woodbridge Road, Acampo.

Leashes are required. No flex leads for dogs and no strollers in the vineyard.
Kids’ run starts at 9 a.m. Free. Goodie bags for kids that run free (no T-shirt).
The 5K run for people with or without dogs starts at 9:15 a.m.
