ALMOST ANYTHING WILL WORK as a hypertufa form. The key is to look for interesting shapes and textures. Try the items below or come up with your own. A coating of vegetable oil spray or a plastic bag liner between the form and the hypertufa help the materials detach from each other more easily. And don’t forget the drainage holes. Use the recipe from page 24 and adjust the consistency to suit the form; a soupier mix picks up textures better but won’t be as strong. Check out a few ideas below.
