SADIE STAYS BUSY

Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink, 20, has moved on from the hit sci-fi series to starring roles in films, including The Whale (in theaters Dec. 9) and the coming-of-age story Dear Zoe (in theaters Nov. 4). In the latter, she plays a teen who turns to her biological father and a juvenile delinquent to help deal with the grief of losing her sister. “Sadie carries this beautiful story on her shoulders, nailing the emotional tone,” says writer and producer Marc Lhormer. “She is the real deal.”
