Mexican American comic Estrada is best known for his starring role as Julio Lopez on Hulu’s “This Fool,” of which he serves as writer, star, co-creator and executive producer. Produced by Fred Armisen, the loosely autobiographical series is based on Estrada’s upbringing in SouthCentral L.A. juggling a burgeoning comedy career while battling codependency within his family. Estrada was voted one of L.A.’s “comedians to watch” by Time Out L.A. in 2018 and was an Up Next performer at Comedy Central’s Clusterfest the following year. He’s also appeared in the satiric Comedy Central series “Corporate” and HBO’s Latino stand-up special “Entre Nos.”
