Oregon blows away Utah, 94-48

Devoe Joseph scored 21 points and Oregon made 15 three-point field goals in a 94-48 rout of Utah on Saturday at Eugene, Ore., to end the regular season.

Carlos Emory also scored 19 points and Garrett Sim added 13 for the Ducks (22-8, 13-5 Pac-12), who locked up third place in the conference and secured a bye in the first round of this week’s Pac-12 tournament.

Jason Washburn scored 26 to lead the Utes (6-24, 3- 15), who went 0-12 on the road this season.

This one got ugly real fast as the Ducks went up 34-2 in the first 13 minutes and finished off the half with four three-pointers to lead 52-14.

Oregon shot 56.5% from the field, including 65.6% in the first half.

at Oregon State 83, Colorado 69: Ahmad Starks had all 18 of his points during an electrifyi­ng second-half performanc­e to help the Beavers clinch only their second winning season in 22 years.

Roberto Nelson added 16 points and Jared Cunningham had 15 for the Beavers (17-13, 7-11Pac-12).

Askia Booker had 15 points and Andre Roberson added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Buffaloes, whose hopes for the fourth seed and correspond­ing first-round bye were dashed. The Buffaloes (19-11, 11-7) need one more win to achieve back-to-back 20-win seasons for the first time in school history.

Starks, a point guard, scored 11straight points during a stretch early in the second half.
