Hayward leads Jazz past Timberwolv­es

Gordon Hayward scored 18 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, and Paul Millsap made a flurry of key plays in the final minute to lead the host Utah Jazz past the Minnesota Timberwolv­es, 111-105, on Thursday night.

Millsap stole the ball twice in the final minute of overtime, made akey jumper and fed Hayward for a dunk as Utah scored the final six points.

Millsap, who blew an open layup that would have won the game in regulation, finished with 16 points, 11 rebounds and a careerhigh eight steals.

Devin Harris scored 18 points and Alec Burks had a career-best 15 as he replaced C.J. Miles in the bench rotation and played the entire fourth quarter and overtime.

Kevin Love had 25 points and 16 rebounds, Nikola Pekovic scored 20 and Luke Ridnour had 18 points and 13 assists for Minnesota.

Oklahoma City 103, at Denver 90:

Kevin Durant scored 24 points, Russell Westbrook had 23 and the Thunder beat the short-handed Nuggets. James Harden scored 18 off the bench for the Thunder.

Washington 99, at New Orleans 89:

John Wall had 26 points and 12 assists, and the Wizards won hours after making a multiplaye­r deal at the NBA trade deadline. Roger Mason scored 17 of his season-high 19 points in the second half to help the Wizards end a three-game skid.

at Dallas 101, Charlotte 96:

Dirk Nowitzki scored 27 points and the Mavericks rallied from 14 points down in the second quarter to beat the Bobcats. Dallas won its second straight game.
