Lincoln Lee — Christina Lee

Lincoln Lee can’t remember the exact moment he fell in love with Christina Lee. The couple met in college in 2004, but didn’t start dating until November 2009.

“There isn’t a single moment that told me that she was the one,” Lincoln, 30, said. “It’s the subtle daily moments of letting me know that she cares or loves me is what made me realize that she was the one for me.”

As for Christina Lee, 26, it wasn’t hard at all.

“For me it was easy. He’s so charming and handsome. I don’t know how I didn’t like him before,” she said,

They were engaged in Solvang on June 24, 2011.

The Lees, who are both of Korean descent, were married in a traditional Korean wedding ceremony on April 14 at the Brookside Equestrian Center in Walnut with 350 guests attending. The theme was “modern-rustic” and the ceremony and reception incorporated the couple’s shared Korean heritage.

“Family is a huge aspect of both our lives so we tried to make the event intimate but still family-style,” Lincoln said.

Lincoln and Christina live in Orange County with their minischnauzer Mugatu. Due to busy work and school schedules — Christina is a graduate nursing student at Concordia University, Lincoln is the director of strategy and investments for Dermaesthetics Beverley Hills Inn, Professional Skincare — the couple plans to honeymoon in either Greece or Southeast Asia next year.
