If you hear any noise it’s likely to be of the joyful variety when the vocal competition “Sunday Best” raises up a fifth season. Kirk Franklin returns as host, and gospel-music greats Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans join the judges’ panel. (BET, 8 p.m.) Are we having fun yet? No? Then let’s get wet and wild with a double-dose of the new series “Xtreme Waterparks,” followed by two episodes of the new roller-coaster countdown “Insane Coaster Wars.” (Travel, 8 and 8:30 p.m., 9 and 9:30 p.m.)

MONDAY

WEDNESDAY

“Beverly Hills Nannies” is a new sitcom about a herd of she-goats munching away on the manicured lawns of the rich and famous … or else it’s a new docu-series about childcare professionals and their well-heeled young charges. (ABC Family, 9 p.m.)

THURSDAY

What can we say about “Big Brother,” returning for its 14th season, that hasn’t already been said during its previous outings? Not much really, although a judge recently ruled ABC’s knock-off “The Glass House” is not exactly the same show. (CBS, 9 p.m.)

SATURDAY

The jokes are on them: Two veteran comics and sometime sitcom stars take it to their respective stages in the new standup specials “D.L. Hughley: Reset” and “George Lopez: It’s Not Me, It’s You.” (Showtime, 9 p.m.; HBO, 10 p.m.)
