L.A. Art Show: A For the Record item published in this space on Jan. 30 about the Art Los Angeles Contempora­ry show running concurrent­ly with the L.A. Art Show misspelled the name of Barker Hangar in Santa Monica as Barket.

Immigratio­n policy: An article in the Jan. 30 Section A about California­ns’ varied opinions on revamping immigratio­n policy said that Escondido, in north San Diego County, is represente­d by Rep. Darrell Issa. The city is represente­d by Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Alpine).

Earthquake warning

system: An article in the Jan. 29 Section A about a proposal to create an earthquake early warning system in California said that a study published in January was the latest to predict a catastroph­ic quake on the San Andreas fault. The study did not make that prediction, but it did raise the possibilit­y that a quake along that fault line could be large enough to be felt across the entire state.

Autographs: An article in the Jan. 30 Section A about the diminishin­g demand for celebrity autographs misspelled the first name of actor Jamie Foxx as Jaime.

Beatles Fest: An article in the Jan. 31 Calendar section about a Beatles Fest at the Laemmle Noho 7 theater in North Hollywood this weekend said that Thursday and Friday’s programs would be introduced by Lee Perry, host of KCSI’s “Saturday With the Beatles.” His name is Les Perry, and the program is on KCSN-FM.
