Celeb landlords seeking tenants

Among celebrity owners of L.A.-area homes for lease are the Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh, actress Kristen Stewart’s mother Jules and actor Steven Guttenberg.

Bosh, the 28-year-old power forward, bought his resort-like place in Pacific Palisades in late December for $9.4 million and has put it up for lease at $45,000 a month. The contemporary Mediterranean includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms within its nearly 11,000 square feet of living space. The infinity pool features a swim-up bar and lounge area. Other outdoor amenities include a kitchen, pizza oven and shower. Inside, there’s a movie theater and a sports bar. Donna Bohana and Shen Schulz of Solstice International Realty in Malibu are the leasing agents.

Regardless of whether a Malibu beach house really is owned by Stewart’s mother, whose name is on record, or the “Twilight” actress herself, the modern home is available for lease at $21,500 a month. Ocean views, floorto-ceiling glass windows and balconies or decks from most rooms are among features of the five-bedroom, five-bathroom house with 5,800 square feet of living space. Linda St. George of Leslie Randall & Associates has the listing.

Actor-comedian Guttenberg, 54, of “Police Academy” fame, is offering up a pad in Pacific Palisades at $12,500 a month. The Spanish-style house has three fireplaces, a bar, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,366 square feet of living space. The more than half an acre lot contains a swimming pool. Gina Martino of the Agency is the listing agent.
