The Taiwan Lantern Festival, celebrated during little New Year, is a series of festivals that culminates in the release of thousands of lanterns into the sky. This year, the event takes place in the Hsinchu Station District of Zhubei, from Feb. 24 to Mar. 10.
While Chinese food can be enjoyed in all parts of the world, true gourmet Chinese cuisine can be experienced in Taiwan.
