Defense Department identification of U.S. military personnel who died in Afghanistan:

Hilda I. Clayton, 22, of Augusta, Ga., specialist, Army. Clayton died July 2 in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, after a non-combat-related incident that occurred in Qaraghahi, Afghanistan. The incident is under investigation. She was assigned to the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), 21st Signal Brigade, Ft. George G. Meade, Md.

Justin R. Rogers, 25, of Barton, N.Y., sergeant, Army. Rogers died June 28 in Bagram, Afghanistan, after a non-combat-related incident currently under investigation. He was assigned to the Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Ft. Campbell, Ky.

Tracy L. Stapley, 44, of Clearfield, Utah, 1st sergeant, Army. Stapley died July 3 at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, in a non-combat-related incident. He was assigned to the 308th Medical Logistics Company, St. George, Utah. The incident is under investigation.
