Built last year, the Cape Cod-inspired two-story of 5,166 square feet opens to a f lagstone patio with heaters. Listing details say there’s also room for a sports court and a swimming pool on the 8,808square-foot grounds.

A family room with a limestone fireplace, a bar, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms are among the living areas.

Prolific flippers double down

Husband-and-wife actors and serial home flippers Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Pays have put their latest project up for sale in Toluca Lake at $1.499 million.

Whereas many couples find home remodeling a source of division, the two share an enthusiasm for renovation work and report that it has drawn them closer.

The single-story 1945 house, classified as French in style when Bernsen and Pays bought it late last year for $875,000, is now a crisp traditional with a distinctly modern vibe. Clean lines and white walls bring a sense of spaciousness into its 2,039 square feet.

A wall of white subway tile with a fireplace creates visual interest in the kitchen, which opens to a dining room. Doors lead to the water-wise gardens and outdoor seating areas. The formal living room also has a fireplace.

Vaulted ceilings and skylights enhance the three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A swimming pool with a spa completes the grounds.

Bernsen and Pays also have listed their personal residence in San Fernando’s Valley Village for sale at $2.399 million, with the intent of scaling down to a smaller home.

Set on a corner lot, the renovated 1930s Tudor Revival is distinguished by a prominent gable and valley roof line, picture windows and droughttolerant landscaping. Soft hues, polished concrete and reclaimed hardware are used throughout the singlestory house, which has three bedrooms in 3,340 square feet.

A formal living room with barrel-vaulted ceilings, a den with custom bookshelves, an office and a screening room are among other spaces.

Steel-and-glass doors open to European-inspired grounds containing a large pool, a covered patio, sitting areas and citrus trees. Adjacent to the pool is a barn-style guesthouse of 669 square feet.

The property previously sold for $900,000 in 2011, records show.

Bernsen, 60, gained famed as dashing divorce attorney Arnold Becker on the 1986-94 series “L.A. Law” and starred in the “Major League” films. He was on “Psych” throughout its 2006-14 run.

Interior designer Pays, 55, recently reprised her role as Dr. Tina McGee on “The Flash.” She starred in the original 1990s “Flash” series.

Kelly Sutherland of Coldwell Banker Previews International and Michael Okun of Wish Sotheby’s International Realty are their listing agents.

Actress Maggie Lawson has sold a charming bungalow in Hollywood Hills for $1.205 million.

Built in 1928 and renovated to a clean, polished shine, the cottage has 1,406 square feet of interior space, including an updated kitchen, open plan living areas, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and a storage room off the garage are among new features.

Glass doors open to patios with seating areas and pristine garden spaces.

The two-car garage has been converted into a stylish art studio with a vaulted, open beam ceiling. The gated driveway can park four cars.

Lawson, 34, was a regular on “Psych” from 2006 to 2014. She appeared on “Two and a Half Men” beginning last year. She also starred in the series “Back in the Game” (2013-14).
