- “Red Oaks”:

In the Calendar section elsewhere in this edition, an article about the Amazon show “Red Oaks” quotes actor Paul Reiser as saying, “The only hard part is explaining to my 80-yearold mother how to watch it.” Reiser said “mother-in-law,” not “mother.” The error was discovered after the section went to press. India energy: In the Oct. 3 Section A, an article about India’s energy plan said that the country plans to reduce its carbon emissions by 33%, taking it to 35% below 2005 levels. India plans to reduce emissions to an amount that is 33% to 35% below 2005 levels.

“Freeheld” review: In the Oct. 2 Calendar section, a review of the film “Freeheld” said that the real-life character of Laurel Hester played by Julianne Moore was a New Jersey State Police officer. Hester worked for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey.

Late-night television: In the Oct. 2 Section A, an article about late night television referred to the show “That Was The Week That Was” as “The Week That Was.”

Solar energy: In the Sept. 27 Section A, an article about possible regulatory changes for residentia­l solar systems said that Southern California Edison proposes to pay the owner of a 6-kilowatt system 8 cents a kilowatt for electricit­y sent to the grid. It should have said 8 cents a kilowatt-hour.

Grape strike: In the Sept. 27 California section, an article about the 50th anniversar­y of the Delano, Calif., grape strike gave Lorraine Agtang’s age as 54. She is 64.
