Actor- singer Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $ 2.88 million.

The charming Traditiona­l- style house, built in 1923, has a steep gabled roof. Some 2,900 square feet of living space include living and dining rooms, an eat- in kitchen, an office, an atrium, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room.

The backyard has a swimming pool surrounded by lawn and hedges. An outdoor dining area and a two- car garage complete the grounds.

The 26- year- old was frontman for the pop- rock band that included his brothers Nick and Kevin, then launched a solo career. He helped form the band DNCE this year and will be in the upcoming film “The Highway Is for Gamblers.”

He bought the property last year for $ 2.595 million, public records show.

Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency was the listing agent. Marcie Hart- ley of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s Internatio­nal Real Estate, represente­d the buyer.
