Mr. Hoppy has a secret. He is in love with the lady who lives downstairs, Mrs. Silver. But she only loves her turtle Alfie.

Mr. Hoppy finds out that Mrs. Silver is worried about her turtle not growing. So he devises a plan to “help” her with this and make himself look good so she will love him. You will see what people are willing to do to make someone love them.

Sometime when you are bored, you may want to play a video game. But this book is so funny that you will want to trade the game for this book. This is the funniest book I have ever read about a turtle.
