Spaghetti & Meatball Nests


Whisk 3 large egg whites in a medium bowl. Add 8 oz cooked spaghetti, 1½ cups marinara sauce and ¾ cup shredded mozzarella; mix well. Divide evenly among 12 (½ cup) generously greased muffin cups, pressing mixture up sides to form nests. Bake 12 minutes at 400°F or until bubbly. Place 1 packaged precooked meatball in each nest; top with more sauce and shredded mozzarella. Bake 3–5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Transfer nests to plates. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil. Makes 12.
