When Daytime Emmy–nominated artist Parker Jacobs was approached to reimagine Ranger Rick for future generations, he knew exactly where to look for inspiration: the past. “Though I did want to make him timely, I also wanted to make him look timeless,” he says. “My biggest inspiration came from an old sticker I found of Rick from the ’60s.
