GONE CAMPING

Each year thousands of participants in the National Wildlife Federation’s Great American Campout share their #Campies (camping selfies) on social media. Now in its 12th year, the event encourages folks to get out and experience the wonders of wildlife firsthand—be it in RVs or tents, in parks, beaches, lakes or forests—between May 1 and Oct. 31.
