Blowout leaves Gonzaga at 29-0

Johnathan Williams had 14 points and 19 rebounds and Josh Perkins and Jordan Mathews each scored 15 points Thursday night to lead unbeaten Gonzaga to a 96-38 victory over San Diego at San Diego.

The top-ranked Bulldogs improved to 29-0 with their most lopsided victory of the season.

They also have won games by 47, 46 and 39 points and have won all 17 of their West Coast Conference games by double digits.

Olin Carter III scored 15 points for USD (12-17, 5-12).

at No. 15 Cincinnati 87, Memphis 74: Jacob Evans III scored 12 of his 15 points during a dominant first half by the Bearcats, who raced to a 19-point halftime lead en route to their 25th consecutiv­e home victory.

Cincinnati (25-3, 14-1 American Athletic) led by as many as 24 points during its highest-scoring opening half in conference play this season. Memphis (18-10, 8-7) cut the lead to six points before fading and has lost three in a row for the first time.

at Ohio State 83, No. 16 Wisconsin 73: C.J. Jackson made all four of his threepoint shots and scored 18 points to lead the upset.

JaQuan Lyle scored 17 points, Jae’Sean Tate had 15 points and 12 rebounds and the Buckeyes (16-13, 6-10 Big Ten) ended a three-game losing streak, defeating a ranked team for the first time in nearly a year.

Bronson Koenig scored 27 points for Wisconsin, which lost the lead in the game’s first minute and could never get any traction.

The Badgers (22-6, 11-4) have lost three of four.

No. 20 St. Mary’s 78, at Pepperdine 49: Jock Landale had 23 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Gaels (25-3, 15-2 West Coast) in a game that featured a 15-minute delay in the second half caused by a power outage.

Pepperdine (9-20, 5-12) got 17 points from Lamond Murray Jr.
