Kendrick goes to Nationals

Howie Kendrick, the former Dodger and Angel, was traded by the Philadelphia Phillies to the Washington Nationals on Friday night for minor league starting pitcher McKenzie Mills and international slot money.

Despite a number of injuries, Kendrick was hitting .340 with a .397 on-base percentage in 39 games with the Phillies.
