Cultural bias at The Times?

There were two music reviews in Sept. 18’s Calendar section, but neither was about one of the two concerts at the Hollywood Bowl over the weekend.

Does The Times cover or review music only in English? What is the criteria for articles or reviews about musicians who do not speak only English?
