Character judge

Re “What we’re not supposed to read,” letters, Feb. 13

One letter writer says that President Trump is a “pretty good judge of character” and that “he knows people.”

Seriously? Trump is the same guy who hired Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Omarosa Manigault Newman, Steve Bannon, Rob Porter and Anthony Scaramucci, among others. The revolving door at the dysfunctional White House would seem to belie this premise.
