GWEN BUTCHER SHOP AND RESTAURANT Curtis Stone will welcome chef Ben Shewry (Australia’s Attica restaurant) for an intimate, multicourse dinner at Gwen. Attica, in Stone’s native city of Melbourne, is consistently included on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The menu will highlight Attica’s most famous dishes (using California produce), and the chefs will talk about their approaches to regional cooking and how Aussie culture and history have informed their menus and philosophies.
