To complement the dish, Upstairs 2 will offer two "booze bowl" pairings: the five-spice bourbon bowl, a blend of bourbon, five-spice agave, black tea and lime, or the lemongrass gin bowl, with gin, cucumber, lime, lemongrass syrup and a float of sparkling wine.
