Traditional Japanese cuisine, known as “washoku,” respects the natural beauty of the changing seasons by highlighting seasonable ingredients. This event, at Shiki Beverly Hills ("shiki" is a Japanese word for "four seasons") will showcase authentic washoku cuisine using time-honored, traditional Japanese cooking methods and techniques. Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, whose Tokyo restaurant, Narisawa, is regularly included on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, will be the evening's special guest, featured in a Q&A. WHERE: 410 N.
