Traditiona­l Japanese cuisine, known as “washoku,” respects the natural beauty of the changing seasons by highlighti­ng seasonable ingredient­s. This event, at Shiki Beverly Hills ("shiki" is a Japanese word for "four seasons") will showcase authentic washoku cuisine using time-honored, traditiona­l Japanese cooking methods and techniques. Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, whose Tokyo restaurant, Narisawa, is regularly included on the World's 50 Best Restaurant­s list, will be the evening's special guest, featured in a Q&A. WHERE: 410 N.
