This comedic feature documentary from IFC Films (by Ian Cheney) explores the origins and ubiquity of Chinese American food through the story of an iconic sweet and spicy chicken dish. The screening will be followed by a pop-up dinner serving — what else? — a General Tso chicken dish and white rice.
