A chocolate-tasting and travel talk will be led by cookbook author and chef Susie Norris, the author of "Chocolate Bliss" and "Hand-Crafted Candy Bars." Norris' culinary travel blog, Food Market Gypsy, won the Internatio­nal Assn. of Culinary Profession­als' Digital Media Award in 2016. Norris has taught baking and pastry arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and for 10 years ran an award-winning artisan chocolate business in Los Angeles. The tasting and talk will focus on regions where cacao is grown and getting to culinary sources through solo travel.
