CHOCOLATE & TRAVEL WORKSHOP
A chocolate-tasting and travel talk will be led by cookbook author and chef Susie Norris, the author of "Chocolate Bliss" and "Hand-Crafted Candy Bars." Norris' culinary travel blog, Food Market Gypsy, won the International Assn. of Culinary Professionals' Digital Media Award in 2016. Norris has taught baking and pastry arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and for 10 years ran an award-winning artisan chocolate business in Los Angeles. The tasting and talk will focus on regions where cacao is grown and getting to culinary sources through solo travel.
