Electric City Butcher is offering Pork 101, instructio­n about sourcing animals, identifyin­g different parts of the pig, the basics of breaking it down, and how to prepare your favorite cuts. Each student will take home 4 pounds of pork and receive an Electric City Butcher tool bag (boning knife, twine, handouts and coupons) and 10% off any purchases in the shop that evening. Light food and refreshmen­ts will be served afterward.
