PORK 101 BUTCHERY WORKSHOP
ELECTRIC CITY BUTCHER
Electric City Butcher is offering Pork 101, instruction about sourcing animals, identifying different parts of the pig, the basics of breaking it down, and how to prepare your favorite cuts. Each student will take home 4 pounds of pork and receive an Electric City Butcher tool bag (boning knife, twine, handouts and coupons) and 10% off any purchases in the shop that evening. Light food and refreshments will be served afterward.
