The “Grand Central Market Cookbook” Live! is a daylong series of cooking demos, tastings and workshops inspired by the recipes from the food hall's firstever cookbook. Participants can meet, eat and learn with the market chefs who created the recipes featured in the cookbook. Individual sessions include demos, talks spotlighting seasonal ingredients and workshops led by eateries including Belcampo, DTLA Cheese, Golden Road Brewing, La Tostaderia, Madcapra and Olio Wood-fired Pizzeria.
