The “Grand Central Market Cookbook” Live! is a daylong series of cooking demos, tastings and workshops inspired by the recipes from the food hall's firstever cookbook. Participan­ts can meet, eat and learn with the market chefs who created the recipes featured in the cookbook. Individual sessions include demos, talks spotlighti­ng seasonal ingredient­s and workshops led by eateries including Belcampo, DTLA Cheese, Golden Road Brewing, La Tostaderia, Madcapra and Olio Wood-fired Pizzeria.
