THE BOCCA This event is a collaboration of former Water Grill line cooks who will share their tales from the last days of haute cuisine in Los Angeles. It's a multicourse dinner with optional wine pairings. Diners can learn about the lives and struggles of line cooks through their words and food. Participants will include Stephen Barkulis (private chef and the owner of chefbarkulis.com) and Isa Fabro (pastry chef).
