THE BOCCA This event is a collaborat­ion of former Water Grill line cooks who will share their tales from the last days of haute cuisine in Los Angeles. It's a multicours­e dinner with optional wine pairings. Diners can learn about the lives and struggles of line cooks through their words and food. Participan­ts will include Stephen Barkulis (private chef and the owner of chefbarkul­is.com) and Isa Fabro (pastry chef).
