ATLANTA 123 PHILADELPHIA 121

John Collins hit a fadeaway jumper with 25 seconds left and Atlanta hung on when Philadelphia fouled up its final plays to lead the visiting Hawks to a 123-121 win over the 76ers on Friday night.

Jimmy Butler was fouled on a drive and had a chance to tie the score with 2.4 seconds left, but Butler, an 86% free-throw shooter, clanged both shots and Wilson Chandler failed to convert a tip-in at the horn, leaving the 76ers stunned as they trudged off the court.

Collins scored 25 points and Kevin Huerter made five threepointers and led the Hawks with 29 points.
