Kings re-sign Campbell

The Kings re-signed goalie Jack Campbell to a twoyear contract extension worth $1.65 million annually, the team announced. The contract goes into effect next season and ensures he’ll be with the Kings through the 2021-22 season.

Campbell finished third in the NHL with a .928 save percentage and fifth with a 2.30 goals-against average in 31 games last season as a backup to Jonathan Quick. The former first-round draft pick by the Dallas Stars has revived his career since he was acquired by the Kings in 2016.
